CYA Supply Co wanted to improve their design and manufacturing process to increase efficiency, safety, comfort and quality. One way to achieve this was to create a highly accurate digital version of the firearms that they would be designing holsters for (some features need to be held to a +0.05mm/-0.0mm tolerance). Iterative3D was able to support by creating the benchmark models for an expansive library of firearms, as well as assist in creating the thermoformed molds needed to manufacture the holsters.
